Traditional Yoga Easy Blog has been created by Dr Kumar’s two daughters, in order to encourage their friends and other young people to practice yoga and enjoy the benefits of good health, fitness and mental wellbeing.
Although they have not been formally trained by Dr Kumar, they have been observing their father from a young age and have a natural understanding of yoga in all its limbs.
