Elli experimented with various different meditation techniques for around 6 years before discovering Prana Samyama. It immediately struck her as being so much more powerful than other methods as it offers the opportunity to actively take control of unhelpful behavioural patterns. Her Yoga journey has spanned over almost 20 years and has brought such deep transformation that she now considers it her duty to share this beautiful set of practises with others.
