Catherine is a yoga and meditation teacher. She qualified through Yogacampus in 2016 and is based in Liverpool, where she specialises in working with those with ME/CFS and other conditions that bring fatigue and burn-out. She is strong believer that the benefits of yoga and meditation should be accessible to all.
She first came across Traditional Yoga in early 2017, attending her first silent retreat with Dr Kumar in summer 2017. Having had a daily meditation practice for several years, she has seen significant changes in her mental and physical well-being since beginning meditating on the natural breath and hopes to share the practice with as many others as possible.
