Laura Kinnunen

Laura trained as Traditional Yoga meditation teacher in early 2017 and finds the practice immensely beneficial for easing anxiety and finding balance in the hectic pace of London living. Laura is a qualified Nordic Walking and Yoga teacher, and works primarily with inactive adults improving the physical,mental and emotional wellbeing of her clients. Laura is looking forward to sharing this practice with others as well as deepening her own practice by attending the summer retreat with Dr Kumar this July.
