Jackie was first drawn to yoga in her twenties as a way to manage stress and relax. After leaving her practice for a few years, she rolled out her mat again five years ago to help deal with anxiety and bereavement and has never looked back. Yoga is more than just a physical practice, it is a way of life and it was through her teacher training in 2015 that she started a regular meditation practice. Jackie now shares yoga and meditation around Surrey and East Sussex, bringing the healing benefits that both practices have to offer to adults and children. Jackie has a particular interest in working with groups such as adult mental health and older adults.
