Eight week course commencing Tuesday 12th September 2017
Learn how to use the natural breath to become calm, mindful and to lose negative thought patterns.
Meditating on the natural breath has the power to bring balance and harmony to the mind.
During this course you will learn all the steps of the technique.
These steps are supported by audio recordings by Dr ALV Kumar, yoga teacher and meditation master.
A home practice recording is available to all students who complete this 8-week course
This technique, referred to by Patanjali as Prana Samyama is central to Yoga and Buddhist systems.

Course led by Norma Potter
Norma is based between Geneva and Chamonix and has been practising meditation and yoga with Dr. Kumar since 2013. Norma works for the United Nations and teaches yoga. Her aim now is to share all the profound benefits that she has received from her practice with as many people as possible. Norma teaches weekly meditation classes in Geneva and weekend courses in Chamonix and in the Jura. New and old meditators are welcome.
