In collaboration with the Indian High commission we’re offering everyone interested in the ‘Insel Gruppe’ to experience the world of Yoga. Gain Strength for every day and do something beneficial for your health and wellbeing
From 10:15h are a variety of lectures, some suitable for children’ on the ‘Inselheimmatte’, taught and presented by national and international yoga teachers.

Staff of the ‘Insel Gruppe’ are invited to bring partners and children along. There will be 100 places available. Food and beverages will be served after the yoga sessions.

Learn the complete practice of Observation of the Natural Breath over a weekend, guided by two experienced teachers. Leave the course with a guided meditation app for home practice. The practice is supported by explanation, meditation theory and group discussion

Dr Kumar is an authority on the science of yoga and its diverse traditions and systems, an inspirational meditation teacher and an award-winning scientist. His teaching is informed by his extensive experiential and theoretical knowledge, developed through his education in more than 37 schools of Hatha yoga and 50 traditions of meditation and progressed through decades of self-practice. He has brought the mental and physical health benefits of yoga and meditation to hundreds of thousands of people in India, UK and US.
Each year Dr. Kumar conducts a series of large scale free yoga and health awareness workshops in public parks and outdoor spaces in Hyderabad. These are attended by thousands of people wishing to improve their health, well-being and to learn how to make improvements to their diet as the incidents of heart disease, hypertension and diabetes have raised sharply in India in the recent years. Dr. Kumar has taught over 100,000 people in India as a public service. The Yoga Healing Foundation was established to support his work in the UK and India.
Dr Kumar teaches that a correct understanding of yoga methodologies can lead to realising ones’ true potential to become a successful human, a happy human and a good human. He explains how training the mind, not only helps us to be more efficient in our work but it creates an unparalleled level of peace within by balancing various neurotransmitters and hormones that govern our emotions, to promote positive mental and emotional wellbeing.
