Denmead 7 Week Meditation Course
May 16 @ 6:15 pm - July 4 @ 7:45 pm
Seven week meditation course every Tuesday evening.
Tuesday 16th May to Tuesday 4th July 2017, please note that there will be no class on 30th May.
Meditation on the natural breath brings balance, tranquility and harmony to the mind. In the long term it has the power to transform mental habit patterns leading to profound happiness and peace. This technique, referred to by Patanjali as Prana Samyama is central to Yoga and Buddhist systems.
During this course you will learn all the steps of the technique. The guided meditations maintain a direct connection to the authentic source of the teaching, with reference to the original scriptures in which they have been preserved for centuries.
You will be supported in your meditation by a trained and certified Traditional Yoga teacher who will be able to answer questions and offer guidance for your home practice.
Suitable for beginners.
Please note that the sequential steps of the technique will be taught each week so it is advisable to attend all seven classes.
