May 2 @ 9:30 am - May 3 @ 4:30 pm

Course Outline

Learn to relax , let go of tension and bring body and mind to harmony and balance.

The course involves a series of guided meditation sessions, covering both the sitting practice of meditation on the natural breath and the lying down meditation called Virat Dharana, ‘sound of silence’. Between each session there will be an opportunity to ask questions have a short break. We will have a morning and afternoon tea break and an hour lunch break. The key principles of the techniques will be explained throughout the weekend.

Natural Breath Meditation and Virat Dharana are traditional ways to bring the mind and body to a stable and harmonious state. The result is that the practitioner feels mentally and physically rejuvenated and emotionally balanced, equipped to deal with day to day activities with more energy and clarity.
