North London-Eight Week Meditation Course

Learn how to observe the natural breath in order to develop inner peace and to change negative thought patterns.
Meditation on the natural breath brings balance, tranquillity, and harmony to the mind. In the long term, it has the power to transform mental habit patterns leading to profound happiness and peace. During this course, you will be supported by Karolina who is a certified Meditation and Yoga teacher. Karolina has been practicing meditation since 2009 and during this time she has attended numerous intensive meditation retreats in UK and India, which have enabled her to establish a strong meditation practice. This course is suitable for beginners as well as those with established meditation practice.
Please note that the sequential steps of the technique will be taught each week so it is advisable to attend all eight classes.
