In these extraordinary times, to help keep us all stay mentally and physically strong, Dr. Kumar has made some resources available online to support us so that we can practice and learn at home.
1. A daily broadcast -Dr Kumar will teach how the wisdom of Yoga can help us to navigate through this difficult period. It will be released every morning from Monday to Saturday CLICK HERE

2. A meditation playlist on Youtube -called ‘Wholesome Quarantine”. This will be updated with guided meditations by Dr Kumar. CLICK HERE
